Introducing: Expecting

A series of intentionally designed guided meditations for the expecting person.

Community. Solidarity. Collective Well-Being.

Expecting is a curation of ten audio meditations to support a pregnant person’s whole wellbeing. These practices allow space to reclaim your right to rest and autonomy in your pregnancy journey while addressing your internal response to the current state of the world. You’ll be guided into reflections on each trimester, ancestral connection, accepting change, and more.

Expecting is for you if:

  • You’re seeking support tools to process & acknowledge the complexities of the perinatal experience in our current world.

  • You don’t feel seen in pregnancy and parenting offerings due to the ever so common manufacturing of non-affirming language, lack of diversity, and spiritual bypassing.

  • You’re moving away from the rigidity of “wellness rules” and are seeking space to support & honor your unique experience and identity.

  • You’re excited to explore decolonizing your wellness practices.

What’s Included?

10 Meditations

You will receive ten 5-10 minute meditations, including one for every trimester. Each guided practice explores themes like grounding, being present with discomfort, processing grief, and more.

10 Ayurvedic recipes

Each meditation is paired with a simple Ayurvedic recipe to allow space to digest your experience from the practice and help you nourish your body in alignment with the practices.
